This is a form we often use to lay out the overall understanding of who's responsible for what when arranging an art show.

It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, so think of it as more like a summary of terms (or "Letter of Intent"). Of course you are by no means required to adhere to this form, but it has worked well for us in the past. In fact, if you like, feel free to modify and/or copy parts of it as suits your particular situation.
